How to Request a Reservation

To request a reservation, please call (800) 332-8501 or fill out the form below and a representative will contact you shortly.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR REQUEST. We must be able to contact you within 24 hrs to confirm your reservation, or the apartment will be released.

Please specify your preferred method of contact. If nothing is selected, we will contact you by phone. Confirmation notices are sent via e-mail unless otherwise specified.

Please note: We require a credit card to confirm your reservation. This card will not be charged until check-in. There is no security deposit required.

Cancellation policy:
For all reservations we require 2 weeks notice of cancellation or a charge of one night’s rent will be applied.

**To waive the fee, we require written confirmation of changed or cancelled agency and/or government orders.

Taxes:
We must collect tax on all reservations under 90 nights. We honor all tax exemptions from the Federal government. We require written confirmation of tax exemption prior to arrival or the appropriate taxes will be applied as outlined below.

4-29 nights – 5% state + 5.25% county
30-89 nights – 5% state
