Crystal Quarters Corporate Housing was founded in 1983 with a specific, three-pronged, mission:

1. To provide excellent accommodations for government and business/private travelers on extended or very short (four nights min stays) in the Washington, DC area;
2. To allow travelers to relax in the comfort and feel of their own home in a fully-furnished apartment; in comparison to a hotel or any other lodging alternatives
3. To provide these accommodations as well as many other amenities, conveniences and services at or below government per-diem limits.

More than 25 years later, Crystal Quarters Corporate Housing remains dedicated to that mission. Our management team and on-site staff are committed to not just meeting but also exceeding the unique and personalized needs of our government, corporate, and private current and future clients.

We have served many of the Washington DC area's largest companies and government agencies, including The Pentagon, Lockheed Martin, Boeing , General Dynamics, Delta Resources, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Energy, US National Guard, Navy, Homeland Security and many more.

Crystal Quarters Corporate Housing is located minutes from downtown Washington, DC and Reagan National Airport within walking distance of the Crystal City metro station. Many fine shops and restaurants as well as corporate offices and government agencies are also within easy walking distance or easily accessible via Metro.

Each of our fully-furnished apartments has a full-size, fully-equipped, kitchen with full-size stovetop/oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, tableware and utensils provided.
